CCM Cape Coral Masonry was founded in 2025 in Cape Coral, FL, to give Southwest Florida homeowners a masonry contractor they could actually trust. Cape Coral is a unique place to work - most homes are built on concrete block over filled, canal-adjacent land, and decades of Florida heat, salt air, and hurricane seasons take a real toll on brick, stone, and concrete. The owners of this company saw those problems get patched over with the wrong materials time and again, and decided to build something different.
From the waterfront neighborhoods near the canals to the inland lots off Pine Island Road, we have worked across Cape Coral and throughout Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Collier counties. Our approach has always been the same: find the actual problem, explain it in plain language, and fix it properly the first time. We pull permits, use materials rated for coastal conditions, and back every job with a written warranty.
